What is your Return Policy?

We would be happy to accept returns of any unused Jenny Denny products (excluding final sale items) in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

  • To submit a return request, please email info@jennydenny.com and our Customer Care team will follow up via email with the next steps.

Please note, that the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

* If a product is returned used or does not pass our inspection, it will not be eligible for a refund. Jenny Denny will not be responsible for shipping back any product deemed ineligible for a refund or exchange.

Final sale and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

    How long will it take to receive my order?
    Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days of the order date (excluding weekends and holidays).

    When can I expect my order?
    Shipping carriers continue to experience high volumes and delays, so we are unable to guarantee arrival dates at this time.

    Standard Shipping 4-6 business days plus processing

    Premium Shipping 2-3 business days plus processing

    What if my order is lost or stolen?

    Unfortunately, in the case of theft, we do not accept responsibility. Should your order be lost or stolen after it has shipped, you will need to file a claim directly with the carrier.
